Books and Crannies

Books and Crannies is a bookstore located in Terrell. It offers a wide selection of new, antique and used books, as well as solid contemporary items, all at great prices. This shop also has a small theater that shows traditional vintage movies and also hosts shows through a nearby theater group. Their goal is to have a quiet area in a hectic international world where our customers can enjoy quiet time in our study area with a very good book or simply browse our cabinets to find great books to read. Their resident tomcat greeters (Mollie and Stormy) were happy to help.

Books and Crannies is located in an antique cinema from 1925. “Iris Theatre” ran continuously until the last performance in 2001. They restored it to our bookstore, but kept its taste and texture. ancient theater. They advertise every used and new book. New books are usually up to 15% off retail, plus shipping. If you’re looking for an old-fashioned book, you can let them help you find it! They will accept your lightly used books and may offer you store credit points that you can apply to purchase used books from the store. Up to 65% of the purchase amount can be “paid” with exchangeable book credit points. They are also Terrell’s exclusive distributor for Susan’s Soaps and More, all plant-based skin care products handcrafted in Scurry, Texas.
