Clear Springs Scuba Park

Scuba Ranch, formerly Clear Springs Scuba Park, opened on June 15, 2001. It is family owned and operated and has a 22-acre spring water lake that offers one of the best facilities. The most beautiful natural habitat is in the freshwater lakes of Texas. Underwater attractions and wildlife await you to explore! Additionally, it is home to the “largest freshwater shark in North America”, the Sisco shark. They continued to improve to make the Scuba Ranch the first outdoor dive center in North Texas.

The park has many services such as 6 diving platforms, 9 entrance piers, restrooms, RV parking with electricity and water, and a camping area. The surroundings of the lake are well maintained and spacious. There is a snack bar near the gas station called “Divers Deli” where you can fill up your tank for $8. Many divers flock to Clear Springs Park every weekend, and dozens of certification courses are held every week. Due to its large size and depth, the lake offers a wide variety of fish and aquatic life from turtles, large catfish, crabs, bass and perch. The lake has a lot of vegetation and neat walls through which divers can descend to a depth of 5,563 meters. Don’t forget to check out this place in Terrell too.

On summer weekends, the park is quite full and several certification courses take place at the same time. If you’re looking for a relaxing dive, try going there on a weekday. All in all, Clear Springs Scuba Park is a must-see dive site when in Texas. The fish are abundant and do not fear divers, the clear blue water, vegetation and many diving points will make you come back to the garden. If you are in need of paving contractor, click here.
